Where is Taxus wallichiana found ?

The Himalayan yew (Taxus wallichiana) is found in Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar, Kashmir, Nepal, and Vietnam.  India in the states of Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, West Bengal, Meghalaya, and Manipur. 

Important anti-Cancer drug, called TAXOL is first extracted from the plant leaves. The paste prepared from its bark is applied as a plaster on fractured bone.
