Shilajit: Increased sexual performance

Shilajit For Sale

Testosterone in men is the primary sex hormone and it can go off balance for a number of reasons. When it does, it negatively affects men in terms of reduced sex drive, increased general body inflammation and mood swings. The good news is that Shilajit has a positive effect on balancing testosterone.

Shilajit helps in restoring libido, soothes the inflammation and control the mood swings. It’s been used from ancient times as a natural testosterone balancer, as it contains amino acids, 82+ minerals, tons of antioxidants and various chemical complexes. Some of the benefits known to have helped men include:

Better erectile capacity
Increased sexual performance
Stopping hair thinning and promoting hair follicle growth
Balancing sex hormones
Improves fertility

And the list goes on. There was a study in 2010 in which 60 infertile men undergone a 90-day treatment of Shilajit and the results very quite amazing. Half of these men had a significant improvement in terms of total sperm count (61.4% more), sperm motility (37.6% better) and level of testosterone (23.5% increase), proving the absolutely fantastic effect of Shilajit treatment on these men.
Shilajit works for men by reducing the number of free radicals and consequently boosting testosterone levels and sperm count. It’s no wonder that Shilajit, which is also sometimes called the “Himalayan Viagra” has been used for so long in Ayurvedic medicine. And it looks like it’s only gonna get better as more studies are done to prove the astonishing effect of Shilajit on testosterone, apart from numerous benefits it already provides.

Echinacea purpurea seeds for sale

Several species of the echinacea plant are used to make medicine from its leaves, flower, and root. Echinacea was used in traditional herbal remedies by the Great Plains himalayan tribes. People are becoming interested in echinacea again because some antibiotics don't work as well as they used to against certain bacteria.

Echinacea is most commonly used for the common cold and other infections. Commercially available echinacea products come in many forms including tablets, juice, and tea.

Echinacea seems to activate chemicals in the body that decrease inflammation, which might reduce cold and flu symptoms.

Flu (influenza). Early research shows that taking an echinacea product daily for 15 days might improve the response to the flu vaccine in people with breathing problems such as bronchitis or asthma. It is unknown if echinacea has any benefit in people who are not vaccinated. Some research shows that drinking a product containing echinacea and elderberry five times a day for 3 days then three times a day for 7 days might help improve flu symptoms similar to the prescription medication, oseltamivir (Tamiflu).

Gojiberry cultivation,Ladakh,Kashmir

Goji prefers areas with plenty of sun exposure and moderate soil humidity. A special requirement is that goji doesn't develop well in acidic soils.

Gojiberry in Ladakh,Kashmir

The annual yield from Goji berry fruits during its third year is about 2200-2500 kg/ha of dried fruits, and 4000-4500 kg/ha dry fruits during the fifth year. It is recommended to plant Goji with density from 3500 plants per hectare (1.60m between plants with a row spacing of 1.80m). The plants have to be adapted and stabilized before planting in field. Maximum yields of as high as 7500kg of fresh fruit per hectare have been reported in China.

Commercial growing- Yields

Spacing

Planting of Goji is performed during spring or the summer. Before planting, the land must be levelled, cultivated and marked. When developing large scale plantations with machine cultivation, it is recommended to use a plant spacing of 1.3m – 1.8m and 1.8 – 2.5m for spacing between the rows. For small plantations and home gardens, the distance is shortened up to 1.0 between plants and 1.5m between the rows.

Newly planted plants should be kept moist until they are established and well leafed out.  Thereafter they become can become very drought hardy and require little water.

A planning hole can be made at a size of 30cm x 30cm x30cm.

In general, good quality compost or well rotted manure (1.0-2.0kg) and a small hand full of bone meal (about 30g) can be added to the bottom of the planting hole, but make sure to backfill the hole a bit with the sandy soil in order for the roots not to touch the compost/manure. There are also good organic complete fertilizers on the market such as the VitaGrow 2:3:2 from Talborne Organics which works well to add to the planting hole before planting. Care must be taken to follow the application directions as too much fertilizer can burn the roots.
