How to Make Lemon Balm Tea

Lemon balm tea is an excellent refreshing summer tea that is easily made from fresh lemon balm growing in the garden. 

Three to four sprays of fresh lemon balm leaves, or 1 oz of dried lemon balm leaves; be sure to use organic leaves (not chemically sprayed)1 pint/ 475 ml boiling water

Infuse the leaves in the boiling water for up to 10 minutes. Make Lemon Balm Tea 

Step 1. Strain and pour. Add a sprig of fresh leaves if wished. Make Lemon Balm Tea
