A type of sugar called 'sorbi toll' is found in dried plums, due to which the number of useful bacteria in our stomach and small intestine increases. Using this, the number of anti-oxidants in the stomach and intestines increases and The inflammatory bacteria present in the large intestine starts decreasing and we are protected from colon cancer.
