Prostate diseases and natural treatment

Feeling good-For prostate cancer,Prostate enlargement and chronic prostatitis
Nettle and Saw palmetto berries

As I get a little older I realize that my body is not what it was 15 or 20 years ago, so if I can provide some help along the way I will. While my current PSA is within the acceptable range I don't want anything to push me over the limit so I have decided to drink a cup of Nettle Roots and saw palmetto Tea  as a remedy.

Day I can't advise if the tea provides immunity but I can say that my PSI is in the acceptable range.

Note:-Fruits of saw palmetto (Sabal serrulata) and roots of stinging nettle (Urtica dioica): viable alternatives in the medical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and associated lower urinary tracts symptoms.

Spice world-Angelica herbal seeds

Angelica spice in Kashmir

Crucial spice for Persian cooking, Angelica seeds are worth discovering. With an unmistakable aroma, perfect for beans, vegetables, even pickling.
Spices and herbs are defined as plant derived substances that add flavor to any dish. It is difficult to distinguish between the two. Spices can come from the following plant parts: roots, rhizomes, stems, leaves, bark, flowers, fruits, and seeds. Herbs are typically thought of as non-woody plants.

It is not known when humans began to use the first herbs and spices as flavoring agents. Garlic and onions were documented as being used 4,500 years before present. Humans used spices to help preserve foods before refrigeration. Both were also used in religious ceremonies.

Spices and herbs have historical importance and were once the source of great power and wealth. Arab traders established early spice trading routes. The Greeks expanded the trade routes to the Mediterranean. The Roman Empire had great control and power with the spice trade. Seafaring nations like Portugal, Spain, Holland, and Britain entered the lucrative spice trade and fought many wars to retain power. As plantations of pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and other important spices were established on tropical islands, the spice monopolies were disbanded.

Devil's dung seeds for propgation

Devil's dung seeds
It’s native to  Turkmenistan, Iran,  Afghanistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Kashmir, Tajikistan, and  Kazakhstan and is a bit smaller than some other species. It only grows to about three feet tall.

Ferula-Devil's dung grows best in a cold, arid, sunny climate. While it’s a fussy plant, in the right climate, it will hunker down and stubbornly grow (and spread) without any interference from us.
But when the weather takes a turn that these plants don’t like, they go dormant. That’s why they grow so slowly.
It’s an ongoing cycle of dormancy, resurgence, dormancy, and resurgence. But if you can manage the environment as best you can, you can speed things up.
Asafetida plant needs full sun, but it doesn’t like heat. Don’t be tempted to grow it in partial shade to keep it cool. It actually needs full sun.
In the wild, you’ll find most species growing in sandy or loamy soil in full sun.
The quickest way to get rid of asafetida is to plant it somewhere with heavy, poorly-draining soil. Your soil should have a pH around 6.5 to 7.5.
Remember, your ferula won’t die, it will just go dormant in adverse conditions. That means it will stop growing, or it might even die back temporarily. The more often the plant goes dormant, the longer it takes to mature.
