Alliaria petiolata,garlic mustard seeds

It is native to Europe, western and central Asia, north-western Africa, Morocco, Kashmir, Iberia and the British Isles, north to northern Scandinavia, and east to northern Pakistan and Xinjiang in western China.

Rosemary cultivation in Kashmir

Results showed that rosemary essential oil was just as effective a minoxidil. During the process, it helped the side effect of itchy scalp more successfully than minoxidil. Another study of rosemary leaf extract (different from the essential oil) showed it stimulated hair growth.

Lavatera cashmeriana

Kashmir Mallow. This fast growing perennial will in a season or two produce hundreds of soft pink flowers on a 160cm tall by 100cm wide plant clothed in hairy ivy shaped leaves. Whilst quite drought hardy it will grow bigger with some extra watering during dry periods.

Black goji is a rare relative of the traditional superfruit, known as the Wolfberry of Goji Berry. he plant is used as an ointment to treat blindness in camels. Actaea spicata ایکٹیئا اسپیکیٹا
The root is antispasmodic, cytostatic, emetic, nervine and purgative. In Himalayan regions  the root is used in the treatment of snakebite. It is also considered useful in the treatment of nervous disorders and rheumatic fever. In Kashmir  it is used in the treatment of rheumatism, goitre and asthma.
